Workers compensation as a government employee
There are many different provisions under workers compensation laws. Workers compensation is different when it comes to employees that work for the government or for those who work for private companies. If you are employed by the government the type of workers compensation you get is also different depending on what branch of the government you are working for. Obviously, the military or police branch you will have a more comprehensive and possibly higher monetary amount compared to other branches of the government. This is not to say that other government employees are not getting good workers compensation. Workers compensation alone is already a great benefit to have.
