Electricians Salary Increasing Year Over Year
Even though many jobs in other sectors are being laid off and salaries are declining, that is not the case for electricians. Electricians are making around 2-4% more this year than in the last several years, and the salary increases about a percent or so a year. This rate of increase is perhaps due to the fact that there are not enough qualified individuals in the field any more, there are just a declining number of people that want to be tradesmen.
Consider becoming an electrician. The hours are good and work isn’t very strenuous or tedious. You will be able to move up in pay over time too.
